Bright Commerce Ltd ("we", "us") is a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16962136). Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for personal data processed through our services.
What data we collect
- Account information — name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
- Payment information — billing name and address. Card details are processed by our payment provider and not stored on our servers.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns within our services.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we process your data
- To provide and maintain our services (contractual necessity).

How long we keep your data
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you with services. After account deletion, we retain data for up to 6 years to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
